All products listed on the WRTK B2B platform are available to approved wholesale customers. This includes our full line of workwear and accessories, with access to volume-based inventory data and variant-specific availability.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\tHow are my prices calculated?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Your pricing is based on your account’s assigned reseller level. Each product displays your wholesale price once you are logged in. If your account has negotiated terms or discounts, those will be automatically applied.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\tCan I see stock levels and restock dates?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Yes, available stock quantities are displayed for each product variant. When possible, estimated restock dates are also shown to help you plan your orders. Please note that some items may not have confirmed restock information, especially during peak seasons or supplier delays. Backorders are available when indicated.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\tHow do I add a new shipping address?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\tYou can add and manage your own shipping addresses from your account dashboard. Go to “Addresses” and click “Add New Shipping Address.” Each user, including sub-accounts, manages their own address book. Shipping addresses are not shared between users on the same company account.\n\t\t\t\t\tCan I pay on terms?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Yes, net terms (such as Net 30) are available to approved resellers. If your account is eligible, this option will appear at checkout. If you’d like to apply for terms, please contact our support team<\/a>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\tWhere can I view my invoices?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\tInvoices are available through a separate billing portal, which you’ll be invited to once your reseller account is approved. When an order is processed and an invoice is created in our system, a note will be added to the order with a direct link to view the invoice in the billing portal. You’ll also receive invoice notifications by email. As the primary account holder, you can create sub-accounts for your team members and manage their permissions, including whether their orders require your approval before being processed. Each sub-account has its own login but shares the same billing address as the main account. Shipping addresses are managed individually by each user. By default, the only available option at checkout is our Wholesale Shipping <\/strong>service. However, if you’d prefer to use your own carrier, custom arrangements can be made directly with our sales team.
